 My Biography   

 I've been in the teaching profession for 7 years.  I spent my first two years teaching for Pasadena Unified School District and have been at West Covina Unified the last 5 years. 
I have high standards and expectation for all my students.  My teaching philosophy is that all students can learn and be successful in school.

Tuesday- Math, Grammar, & Reading (20 min.)
Wednesday- Math, Grammar, & Reading (20 min.)

   Behavior Policy

 

 Behavior Card System: each student has four different colored cards.  If a student violates a class rule they turn their card to the next color.
Blue
 Card- On Task 
White Card- Warning
Orange Card- Lose Recess
Purple Card- Lose Recess & Contact Parent

 Congratulations to Pebbles Tijerina for passing the final multiplication quiz! 


Congratulations to all the students who increased their scores on the last benchmark test.... We had many successes!!!

 

 

  Projects

 

 Students are expected to complete one project each semester.  Student projects consist of a report on the subject and model.  In addition to in class research, students are expected to research the subject independently.
