Enrollment Requirements

The following items must be presented at the time that a student is enrolling. First, there must be proof of residency. For this a Burbank Water and Power bill will suffice. Second, Proof of Birth. For this requirement any one of the following: birth certificates must be county issued, original, certified certificates, U.S. Passport, or a permanent Resident Alien (green) card. Third, parent/guardian information. This requires a picture identification which may consist of a driver`s license, California I.D., or a Visa/Passport. Fourth, immunization records. This requires official immunization documentation or prior California school documentation. Lastly, transcripts/grades. An official transcript or most recent report card is necessary in order to complete enrollment and to schedule the child into appropriate classes.
